“Whilst taxiing, the left main landing gear retracted which resulted
in damage to the left wingtip and the propeller. The pilot stated that the
incident was caused by the inadvertent selection of the landing gear to UP,
instead of DOWN, during the pre-flight checks. He attributed this action to a
number of distractions and interruptions which had occurred during the
preparation for the flight.”
